Ubisoft Connect App Reviews

Ok so i have steam, battlelog and this ubisoft club in my IPhone 5s. All of them work 10/10 except this ubisoft club. Most of the time it just stuck at ubisoft logo. The more weird issue, it does not save the login instance, everything i start i had to login. Another thing, it does not show any friends online, it shows them as for example: online 5 minute ago but they are online if i see them from PC. There are so much work needs to be done here. This app is not the best nor the worst its "meh". The only problem is that a few weeks after an update it the log in wont even work it will just say that it cant connect to the server.

I have had nothing but success with this app its one of the better running apps that I have its never crashed Ive never had a problem with it and I like the features that it has its definitely a huge step up from u play so whats everybody whining about and about the bug thing maybe its just your phone because Ive had zero crashes stalls or anything this is my first review Ive ever written in my life and Im 31 years old from what I can tell probably be my last because most people on here they just want to gripe its not a real review bunch of spoiled greedy punks SMH

The user interface is great, but I need the ability to look at games I own and buy from the store in the app.

Complete transformation! New app looks awesome. No stone left unturned. Not sure what else they could possibly add. Ability to change avatar maybe? Thats not a big deal though. Oh one thing it doesnt have is the ability to message your friends. Hopefully they add that. Update: Despite all the good additions, the app has been giving me issues. It sometimes does not let me login. I always make sure Im entering the right username / email and password. And when it does login, after quitting the app it logs me out and doesnt remember me. Im not sure whats going on with the application. Im using the newest version of iOS available to me on an iPhone 7 Plus.

Currently locked out of my account. It absolutely refuses to accept my email and password claiming on or the other is wrong, I know for a fact this is not the case. When given the option to choose "Forgot Password" it has me enter my email and claims to have send a link providing a solution to the situation, this however is completely false as I have done it 6 times for over and hour now to no avail. Please fix whatever your log in issue is, it is bring great displeasure to playing games that I once enjoyed.

This app freezes more than the tundra. At least it works better than rb6 siege match making.

Needs some kind of fix

Twice now I have had my progress destroyed. The first time this happened, they lost my premium status and wiped all progress. I contacted ubi who at least restored my premium version. So I started over and had over half of the missions completed... The second time was with an update, that restored my game to what it was before they lost my information the first time-- essentially wiping all my progress again! So frustrating! You will never complete all the missions on this app- so just give up now completionist friends... Those little blue chests just arent worth it.

If you login incorrectly it crashes the app.

I have assassins creed 1,2,brotherhood, revelations, 3, 4 black flag, freedom cry, and unity... And in acinitates it says that I need to link the games to play, which they are, and yet still they wont show on initiates!!! You guys are only good to make good games, not good apps nor web pages

I use Facebook login and every time I use this app it send my phone into a perpetual login loop. Deleting...

So I wanted to buy Far Cry 4 DLC on this app but there is no way to do so. My mistake is buying the game on UPlay. If I had bought the game on Steam I could have bought the DLC in their very nice app. This app is simply useless.

I dont know what every one is saying about "unusable" it works perfectly fine for me on iPhone 4! I use this app for Farcry 4 and AC Unity and works amazingly!

I downloaded this app and the app for far cry 4 arena. I cannot log on to my up lay account from either one of these apps. Tried deleting them and reinstalling and nothing. Hope this changes or Ill be deleting.

App will not start. Whenever I open the app I get the loading screen and it does not change. I have tried to reinstall the app but nothing changes.

I tried buying Nomad pts for Assassins Creed Unity and it just says error. What a piece...

This app is not well supported for the iPad. You will fail on attempting to log in but it does seem to work on at least the iPhone4 (tested and proven on both accounts) and I cannot say for certain but it may just be an iPhone only app. The company is not doing anything to fix this known issue so do not expect a fix. However, if you log in on your iPhone then on your iPad it should work or at the very least, it did for me, go figure.
